It's the kind of thing you discuss in the video analysis sessions

asking for their thoughts on what they should have done in certain situations, but then it's up to the coach to *tell* them what they should be doing.

The impressive thing about the best teams - and we had this under Farke in 20/21 - is that the players always know where each other is going to be, what runs they're going to make, who is covering the full backs if they go forward etcetc.

We've seen very little of that either attacking or defending.
