35 deaths as "just the straw that broke the camel's back" is plain wrong. I honestly can't remember what the Liverpool fans behaviour had been like in Europe so I'll take your word for it. I do recall though, that at that time, a popular fashion accessory for their children were "Munich 1958" hats. I also remember them attacking Manchester United players with mace. They were a thoroughly unpleasant bunch, and I personally doubt if any other club's fans would have committed mass-murder the following season. I am sure as I can be that we wouldn't have.
