To sack Smith you have to believe this team is massively underperforming and I don't think
it is.
As I've said before we have no star players. There is not one player who looks like a solid prem player at the moment, and that includes the aging Pukki. I might be proved wrong but I don't think a new manager will turn this bunch into world beaters. As frustrating as it is, this is a team in transition.
