0.45 of a year if you take Robins (who has been at Cov since 6th March 2017) out of the equation. Nigel Pearson has been at Bristols since 22nd Feb 2021, and Gary Rowett has been at Wall since 21st Oct 2019. Everyone else is a year or under inc old boy Russ and our wonderful manager Pockets.
