It was nowhere near as bad as the infamous Glenn Roeder AGM!

But I’ve come home feeling a little deflated. I’ve just been talking to Mr Bwod about it. It felt very tightly controlled to me and although they answered questions, there was no real depth. They struck me as being very defensive.

There was also very little humour. Normally this is one of the lovely signs of partnership we have with the board. I got the sense they were too nervous to relax. The only exception was one of the questions to the American chap. The question began ‘I want to welcome you to the club… however…’ he took it in good grace and answered it warmly I felt.
