Food fraud is a big issue

for example you buy a bag of carrots. Some in the bag may be from an earlier date mixed in with fresher carrots. A company might also change the bag design so you can't see the poor quality inside.

There is more honey sold worldwide than bees make. Some is sent via China who add some sugary rubbish to it.
