At pretty much every match the photo agency

takes a pic of Delia & MWJ in the D's box.
Once Butler had seen the Pitchside Tour being given then it was pretty much child's play (check photo of D Box; reverse image search; check contacts at local hotels / taxi firms / restaurants etc etc)

As I said at the time, if the club thought they were doing this discretely then they are f**king idiots.
