I get it you don't like this statistic but I believe you are taking it a little too

literal. Any statistic is just an attempt to interpret a complex real world situation so by definition most statistics are not entirely accurate but some can still be useful. This particular one suggests that we make more errors than other teams which based on my own experience of watching Norwich I tend to agree with.
