Don't think delia has much to do with day to day running

And I wouldn't expect her to be, but I would want someone in her role as leader to step on and change things when it is going awry, and time and time again she is slow to act.

I think she and Michael get quite attached to people who do good things,like Webber has done previously, and then are loath to hold them to account later on
