I think the problem is.....

Most people can see we have a strong squad for this division.
We should be doing better with the players we have.
Also, a number of players who have done well at this level in the past have just fallen off a cliff.
Have they just become bad players or is the system/coaching not working?
WTF happened to Todd and Max, players who we valued at 20M+ each. Now we probably can't give them away.

Maybe the benefit of playing attractive football is it makes some players look better than they are.
Which is a huge benefit to a self-sustaining club looking to sell to survive.
