Somehow Smith has managed to turn us into a bang average Championship side in a pretty poor division. We are so far off from the last few seasons it is unrecognisable. Burnley were streets ahead of us tonight - they had a clear identity and strategy - it was difficult to see what we were trying to do or be - we don't seem to do anything particularly well. Everything about the team seems disjointed at the moment - the warm up is the same every week, the half time session was like a sunday league team - with players just knocking the ball 50 yards to each other and generally messing about in an unstructured way - Burnley had a disciplined structured half time warm up. When they came back on for the 2nd half they went through a warm up routine - we ambled on like a pub team.

We have gone backwards under Smith and, sadly, I can't see how it will change. Under Farke we looked professional - but we now lots about the club looks amateur and backwards - which surprises me with Webber who has always appeared forward thinking in much he has done.
