To begin with we appreciated the freedom to make our own decisions - especially as the previous head micromanaged everything. But you soon realised the problems when a maths and English event for parents was planned on the same night as there was no one who had the oversight or who was controlling the whole picture.
I also heard on the ACN pod this week about how Deansmith likes them to train in units. I wondered if this was why I don’t get the feel that they can flow and play as a whole team.
