That's what was reported today. Explains some of it I suppose

Strikes me as a part time manager who likes a laugh and a joke and playing golf. I want discipline and hard work and a fear and respect element from the boss while the competent coaching team drill the players on a set style of play. All seems a sleepwalk to to midtable atm as if nobody really cares. "it'll all be okay soon" type of attitude. Crazy.
