And we've always like Chinese /Japanese food.
Tofu is incredibly versatile and is usually badly cooked at home...
MaPo tofu (tofu in mince) is lovely.
Smoked tofu can be glorious.
Have recently been experimenting with tofu skins, which have a really lovely chewy flavour.
Silken tofu is best used in soups.
Worth trying in a good restaurant
