Russell Martin: would he come here?

Not normally keen on the idea of recruiting ex-players (why should they be any better at coaching us just because they played here?) But having heard Elis James go on about him, it does sound like he has them playing lovely football.

But he comes across as a pretty honorable bloke. And they stood by him when they were struggling. Can't really imagine him being willing to leave there for here, I don't think.
