Its all a bit "relaxed" isn't it. I'd prefer our manager to feel under more pressure to

deliver personally.

I just can't shake the sense that smith spends as much time on the Norfolk golf courses as he does at Colney and feels under little pressure to succeed.

Perhaps thats unfair but its how it all comes across.
