You gained places through the achievments of your teams in europe

As we had such a great record in europe (european cup liverpool 77,78,81,84 villa 82, forest 79,80. Uefa cup liverpool 76, spurs 84. Cup winner cup Everton 85), we had gained a number of places. Due to the ban we lost most of our points and therefore were back to the minimum number of places.
