In the last 14 seasons we’ve had 5 promotions and 5 relegations

And only 4 mid table seasons, 2 in the prem and 2 in the championship. That must be pretty unique and I wonder how much It shapes our expectations? After all clubs have periods of mediocrity that can last years (apart from the very elite).
