I do agree. Smiths tactics would work better with a different squad

But again we only have one CDM who has not been available due to an injury he had when we bought him.

Snd we are playing a formation that needs wingers/wide forwards having sent Rashica and Tzolis out on loan and with Cantwell, Dowell, Ramsey, Nunez, Sara and Sinani who all prefer to drift into or play in the central role behind the striker.

We are relying on a 19 year old loanee who had a mediocre loan season in league 1 last year for our main creativity. He’s played ok in patches but is raw and if you look a lot of our attacking players breaks down in the middle as we approach the area, which we do a lot as we can’t go on the outside our wide as we have no wingers other than Onel.

Webber has f**ked up again with the squad snd also is not committed. Smith, however, is still using/coaching what he has very badly. It should still be enough to have us playing a lot better.
