And that’s dwindling income over time if we don’t get promoted.

I’m not sure if it said, or if I just didn’t read it all, but I’d be surprised if we’d borrowed against all the cash to be received over that time frame, I’d expect just some of it.

Of course, the more we’ve received now and spent already (cash balance not high so most of it spent) the less we have to receive in the future.

But I don’t think this is news - we know that if we stick about in the championship we need to cut the wage bill down dramatically and also that we’ll need to sell one player a year to fund a competitive squad.

The thing that really stands out in the gross numbers for me is just how little £10m of investment is in the modern game.
