clear demarcation of dishwasher roles and responsibilities is key

i don't f**k about with all things dishwasher loading/unloading wise that's her domain. i am in officer in charge of refilling the rinse juice compartment when the little warning light comes on and i take that role very seriously indeed. i always aim to have a back up bottle in reserve. my main gripe about the whole dishwasher sphere is that it beeps when it's finished. drive me nuts. who the f**k needs this level of audible dishwasher end of cycle detail? generally speaking, the time-lapse between meals is far greater than the standard dishwasher cycle time even in the busiest of households.
