How many are there now

I'm not picking a fight just curious..

Family friends colleagues all saying they won't be having any more, some refused the booster some have had 3 shots of the magic.

The old boy in my local must be 70 odd he has even had enough and he's been hibernating most the last 2 years.

Is demand still high?
