For a club of our budget, I don't think he could have delivered much more

of course nothing is ever perfect. The recruitment has been pants both times we've been in the PL.

Maybe a fresh perspective would be good, but hard to see what there is that needs to be revolutionised - maybe i'm massively blinkered, but it looks to be a very well run club as I look in from the outside and he's a big part of that.
