Big changes; clear comms with fans; win matches; surge in fans' enthusiasm.
Success tails off; lose matches; fans throw Boards' words back at them; comms closes down.

Reread Doncaster's prog columns & then tell me he wasn't a breath of fresh air. Yet his reputation is absolutely mud amongst many.
