Webber was very good in the first couple of years at spelling out his

philosophy, but that's all gone now. He could still do that without the local press, via club channels, but feel that since all the grief he got after the Everest interview etc, he doesn't feel like doing it.

So yes, agree there is now a bit of a disconnect.
