Close to 50% (6 out 12) of our conceded goals in my opinion came from sloppy errors.

I'm just pointing out that I'm surprised Smith doesn't recognise this.

Wigan (H) - Gibson gave ball away
Hull (A) - Aerons hits into Omobamidele which then goes to their forward.
Bristol (H) - Nunez messing around in our penalty box.
WBA (H) - Free header at back post.
Reading (A) - Nunez not even trying to make a tackle on the edge of our box.
PNE (H) - Krul players it out to their player.
