Have to disagree. The following come to mind...

Wigan (H) - Gibson gave ball away
Birmingham (H -Cup) - Sinani gave ball away and their player runs from the halfway line to score.
Hull (A) - Aerons hits into Omobamidele which then goes to their forward.
Bristol (H) - Nunez messing around in our penalty box.
WBA (H) - Free header at back post.
Reading (A) - Nunez not even trying to make a tackle on the edge of our box.
PNE (H) - Krul players it out to their player.
