Common sense of direction

Am a bit ambivalent about Dean Smith.

Want him to do well.

I think he's pretty poor at articulating what he's trying to do... Which is something the previous manager was good at.

(but not uniquely so, I also got the same from Stringer, Walker, worthy, Neil, and even rioch and roeder... But not from Grant, Hamilton, Gunn)
