I promise you, I am the happiest of clappers and cheer my hardest when I can

(There were definite moments yesterday for example) but even I cannot cheer misplaced passes and hoofs up the pitch for Pukki to chase after forlornly.

I’m not having it that the drop in atmosphere is the fans’ fault for not wanting to get promoted. That’s just silly!

I suspect there’s something else going on as well as the poorer performances. A link has been broken post Covid. Before that there was huge progress towards improving the atmosphere in the way that you see at for example German league games.
