That's an interesting observation. Is that not subjective? I mean, I go to games and watch

football to be entertained. At the games it is for the atmosphere and a laugh with mates and a day away from the kids as well, but of course I want to be entertained. I would far rather watch Daniel Farke's Norwich lose 5-4 in the Championship or Paul Lambert's Norwich come storming from behind in League One than Chris Hughton's Norwich holding on for a 1-0 defeat at Anfield. And I understand that's become a similar thing under Smith (although if we are objective it has gradually improved this season and nowhere near the Hughton levels of dirge which did seem to creep in last season and the start of this).

The only reasons why I really care that much about us even slipping down the leagues are firstly because the football gets uglier and uglier the further down you go, and secondly the financial thing - not that I am worried we will never be able to win the champions' league but falling down through the divisions means an existential threat.
