Should we play Sarge through the middle?

I feel that he is wasted out wide and that we were better balanced overall when Pukki was out and able to create different types of chances.

Obviously Pukki will get goals but he probably wont be here next seasion and it feels like it might be better to develop Josh as a centre forward than rely on Pukki and then have to adjust to losing him.
