I'm a saddo and have last year's reads still

so my supplier is getting those as my own estimates, as I've lost the meter key. It's how they do their estimates, so fair's fair right?

The fact we've not had the heating on yet, I've disconnected the hot taps and we've taken out half the light bulbs, is neither here nor there.
