If Truss and Kwarteng keep going like this, cutting taxes and splashing money out into the economy we'll have an IMF bail out coming our way.

What I don't get is why they are trying to create this massive stimulus to the economy, when there are huge supply side issues and supply side driven inflation. Creating massive demand for more labour, when there isnt enough labour to fill vacancies already, and stoking up already rampant inflation, while putting debt on an unsustainable path.

Total lunacy. Are they trying to create a massive mess because they think the next election is lost already?
