Scary how much money is sloshing around in that sector

My old firm did loads of legal work buying & selling care homes. You’d have these multi-million pound deals then see a photo of the place being sold and it’d be some run down 20 room building and I’d scratch my head at how it could be worth so much.

We’re in the wrong business.
