There were huge queues when we flew from there. But I spotted

That there was some automated passport gates not in use on the side of the airport and no queue. 3 hour queue for one set. So I thought it’s worth a try, and blast me bor, they only went and worked and I got through in 10 mins. Suddenly the whole queue descended on that side of the airport. I think a lot is to do with communication to passengers and workers alongside lack of staff. People were queuing for 3 hours when they didn’t need to
