I find mine excellent for eg roast pork with crackling (roast loin it does to perfection), pork or lamb steaks, fish, including breaded, bacon, burgers. I've even been trying fried eggs, still working on the right timing for those to get a runny yolk.
Most things you would do in the oven or grill can be done in the air fryer by reducing the temperature and cooking time.
I agree with the post below about chips, they are fine as far as they go, but I still use the deep fat fryer a few times a year for the best chips.
