What do you believe the answer to be?
In September 2019, Jordan Ayew had a penalty saved by De Gea who encroached, and it was retaken by Zaha who scored. It feels like the officials cocked up, but I’m not 100% on that. Can’t see in the laws any mention that the same player has to retake tbf so perhaps it’s ok.
