I can't find it now.

But it's was championship clubs and lower league clubs down the leagues discussing and wanting fixture times moved in the winter to 1pm kick offs so that the flood lights don't need to be on so they can save a bit of money.

Surely the premiership and the fa will just pay the electric bills for these clubs rather than changing the times etc.
