so £4.5m now to Foulger for 18%, £10m now to the club for 10% in a few years* (which presumably will dilute that £18%, but still get him above 25%).

*Or £16m back in a few years if he dunt like the club.

Still a relatively low risk investment for MA that should see a very healthy profit for him.
