minority interests are difficult to value

they could be worth a tiny fraction of what they'd cost of it was a 100% sale, or they could be worth more if it was the 1% you needed to get over the 25% mark, or they could be worth way more if it was the single share you needed to get to 50%+1

But it doesn't seem like he's getting much in the context of the linked transaction for the 10% MA could also get.

But I guess £2.5m is better than nothing (as who else is buying them?)
