NFL collective agreement sets player wages at 48.8% of total league revenue. Premier

League average works out to be about 72% but this is left entirely to the clubs themselves. In the 20/21 season the spread was from Spurs (57%) to Fulham (98%). Totally unsustainable. The PL needs to put in some controls that work.
