From the sound of it he's not going anywhere so

I suspect he'll kind of force himself into some kind of role just by his very presence! You just know he's the kind of guy who'll just turn up in the stands on a Saturday and revel in the affection.

Something involving the youths would be my prediction. He's got a very inspiring tale to tell and that childlike exuberance/ innocent way about him that kids respond to.
