None of those players would get Prem moves and the Championship on the whole is skint.
This transfer window there were 65 free signings and 79 loans. Chelsea paid more for Fofana than the entire amount spent in the league.
The wages of these players would be too much for nearly every team in the league. They definitely couldn't afford a transfer fee as well.
