I said a few weeks ago that I'd be surprised he was still out manager by the end of season

So far this season is exceeding my expectations. I think it's impressive that we've won so many games without dominant and controlling performances. We have players who can easily put passages of play together which result in goals and that seems to be enough to win games.
The 3rd goal yesterday was a prime example. We didn't do anything for the whole of the 2nd half yet one decent through ball and we score. The quality of the opposition means that they will invariably fail to do the same. We are still gifting chances away but most of the time they are not taken.

I'm glad we've got a harder game on Friday because we'll have to put in a better performance over 90 minutes to get anything from it. I'd take a draw right now.
