For me, it is interfering even if he’s slightly behind Krul

He’s in his field of vision and how is Krul to know if it’s say, Andy O about to head it away or Hanley, say. One of those things that we’d be livid with, and also one that is probably not applied consistently.

On the comms, the officials got some stick, but I thought they handled it really well. The linesman can’t see from where he is if the attacker is interfering, the ref can, the ref said yes he was, so the linesman said offside.
