I love a stew, love my slow cooker which I'll be using all autumn and winter...

I'd kind of want double and a piece of crusty bread but that looks utterly delicious. I make a good slow cooked beef stew!! My secret tip is to use a tablespoon of Mirin, it's so good!! Slow cooker and microwave are so so much cheaper than the oven, so that's the way I'll be gorn. I used to pay £46 a month for my flat electric, on Sept 12th I'll be paying £152. Plenty worse off than me mind.
