Aarons is an odd transfer saga

so many loan/option to buy offers but no-one seemingly willing to actually just take the punt of an outright purchase (or even a loan/obligation to buy), despite there being plenty of evidence of what he can do in the top flight.

Must be pretty dispiriting for Max.
