Crouch is a lumbering freak. Good (not excellent or brilliant) on the ground in a very deceptive sense, absolutely f**king useless in the air (wet sham away the exception) because intraining even Simon f**king Charlton used to out jump him.
Lovely fella, fitted in well but I'm sick of the credit he got over the rest of us for 'turning that season around' . If Peter Crouch is the standard required to make a World Cup squad then god help us.
