I'm not comparing him to how other managers would react, I'm just going by what I just saw - a manager who was speaking ten minutes after the worst result of his career and who was speaking from the heart.
I didn't see it as him 'having a go' at his players, just feeling really sorry for the impossible situation he felt they were in.
Maybe after a bit of time he'd have composed himself and tried to spin it differently (but it was the immediate honesty of it I appreciated) and maybe if it was our manager, talking about our team, after that result I'd have felt differently. But it wasn't, so I stand by my view that I thought it was a great interview!
