Stupid ticket question :-)

Plans have changed and we've decided last minute to go to Birmingham on Tuesday. Obviously now too late to post tickets and they say collection when you go to buy. Is that at Carrow Road or Birmingham? We aren't in Norfolk, am I right in thinking they go on the coach for us to collect there? Doubt the ticket office will be open tomorrow to ask. We aren't normally this late buying tickets!
